KIMADAN offers a wide range of tractor-coupled SLURRY MIXERS.

The T35 PLANE MIXER is designed for slurry tanks and channels which are below ground level or have drive ramps.

The TOWER MIXER is designed for agitation in storage tanks and deals effectively with all slurry layers, including floating layer and sediment. The propeller is specially constructed to give good thrust and thereby good agitation.

A standard mixer will reach over a wall 2.5 m high. A version suitable for a wall height of 3.5 m is available to order.

The HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE TOWER MIXER is a flexible unit which can be adjusted to suit wall heights from 2.5 to 3.3 metres. This mixer is fully galvanised and able to withstand the wider variety of applications involved.

KIMADAN’s production of stationary long-shaft slurry pumps today offers countless variations of pumps for forechambers and storage tanks.

Because of their high performance and good emptying characteristics, the main application of bottom inlet pumps (which are in fact the original standard KIMADAN pumps) is in connection with slurry storage tanks.

KIMADAN Bottom inlet pumps are available as 5” electrical pumps with 10, 15, 20 and 25 hp motor, and 5” and 6” PTO pumps for tractor operation.

All KIMADAN pumps are galvanised and flanged together. Pump housings are impact-resistant castings which mean robustness and long operating life. Further features which also add to long-term pump reliability and minimum wear are the steel, slurry-lubricated bearings and the low pump speed.

KIMADAN pumps are made to dimensions suitable for YOUR slurry tanks precisely.

Stationary slurry pumps Top inlet

KIMADAN’s production of stationary long-shaft slurry pumps today offers countless variations of pumps for forechambers and storage tanks.

KIMADAN Top inlet pumps are made specially for heavy duty in forechambers. Here the emphasis is on a pump with high delivery pressure, able to cope with the large distance to storage tanks and the long flush-out lines. The top inlet in the pump housing and the feed screw enable the pump to handle heavy slurry containing a large quantity of cut straw.

KIMADAN Top inlet pumps are available as 5” electrical pumps with 15, 20 and 25 hp motor, and 6” PTO pumps for tractor operation or as electrical pumps with a 40 hp motor.

All KIMADAN pumps are galvanised and flanged together. They are fitted with steel, slurry-lubricated bearings.

KIMADAN pumps are made to dimensions suitable for YOUR slurry tanks precisely.

Slurry tankers bogie

Bogie and Tridem slurry tankers

Bogie slurry tankers are supplied in sizes from 15,000 to 20,000 litres, Tridem tankers from 20,000 to 24,000 litres.
The tankers have domed ends and are reinforced at high-load points, and all have chassis, splash plate, support leg, reflecting triangle, lighting as demanded by law, height-adjustable and swivelling towing eye, baffle plate, bumper, fender and hydraulic brakes.
Bogie and Tridem tankers are, as standard, fitted with wheel casings.
All tankers are fitted with tank section dividers.
The tankers are equipped with heavy-duty bogies built up on springs, with one swivelling axle. The Tridem tanker also has spring suspension, with two swivelling axles.

As standard, the tankers are equipped with a Kimadan centrifugal pump which with an output of 6500 l/min ensures quick and effective emptying. The pump is available in three versions: 540, 750 and 1000 r/min. Also as standard, all tankers have a well-dimensioned support leg.

The tankers are fitted with external piping.

Tank level meter, filling meter, hopper and agitator cock can be retrofitted without interfering with the tank itself. The tankers are prepared for attachment of dribble bar, crane, 3 point linkage, super spreader and the advanced dosing computer, Kimacontroller.
Because of increasing focus on unit area pressure and soil structure damage, Kimadan offers one of the most comprehensive tyre ranges on the market.
All tankers are galvanised.

Two-wheeled tankers

Two-wheeled slurry tanker trailers 12,000 litres are of extremely well-considered design. Common to them all are domed ends and reinforcement at high-load points. As standard, all tankers have chassis, splash plate, support leg, reflecting triangle, swivelling towing eye, lighting set, baffle plate, bumper, fender and hydraulic brakes.
As extra equipment, all tankers can be supplied with variable wheel track spacing and wheel casings.

As standard, the tankers are equipped with a Kimadan centrifugal pump which with an output of up to around 6500 l/min ensures quick and effective emptying. The pump is available in three versions: 540, 750 and 1000 r/min.
Also as standard, all tankers are fitted with a well-dimensioned support leg.

The tankers are fitted with external piping.

Connect with safety!
The Quick Coupler from KIMADAN makes the connection between tractor and implement easy, fast and safe.

With the Quick Coupler from KIMADAN, implements do not have to be lifted and pulled. The risk of back injuries from this type of heavy work is eliminated.
The Quick Coupler also eliminates the need to stand between tractor and implement – a very risky procedure. A hydraulic top link is available as an accessory.

Simplicity itself!
After the implement frame has been welded onto the implement and the tractor frame has been mounted in the three-point suspension on the tractor, the tractor frame can be backed in under the implement frame and raised.
Finally, the safety bolt with splitpin secures the coupling

Megamixer

Movable megamixer for slurry tanks

The Megamixer is the most powerful mechanical mixer available on the market. As flexible as a hydraulic mixer. The mixer shaft is swivelled over the tractor cab into a transport lock. The point of shaft is bendable in a 55^oarc, 20^o down, 35^oup from horizontal line.

Standard equipment: Mechanical transmission, hydraulic valve assembly with 3 double acting functions; swivel turret, shaft up and down, propeller up and down.

An additional hydraulic cylinder is fitted to stabilize the machine during operation.

Furthermore, the megamixer is fitted with outside sprocket ring for swiviling. This assures extra stability and long durability. Due to the strong sprocket ring the megamixer can be delivered with a 8,3 m shaft (additional equipmet). Valves required on tractor: two double acting

Spreader hoses

Optimum utilisation of slurry with Kimadan spreader hose systems

With the spreader hose system the farmer gains far more flexibility, and slurry can be applied precisely at the time at which it will give the best results. Increasingly severe environmental requirements, reduced nitrogen evaporation, less run-off and odour – these are some of the problems that can be eliminated with the Kimadan spreader hose system.

The Kimadan spreader hose system is available in 12 - 24 metre working widths.
The standard boom is fitted with 50 mm hoses and 50 mm discharge onto the distributor.
Hose spacing is 33 cm.

The spreader hose boom is of very robust design and is fitted with trapezoidal suspension which effectively compensates for the unevenness and shocks that can easily damage rigidly mounted booms. The trapezoidal suspension thus increases the operating life of the boom.
As standard, both spreader boom and distributor are hot-dip galvanised.

The system incorporates a hydraulic raising and lowering function so that the correct distance between hose outlets and soil surface can be maintained.

The Kimadan spreader system distributor is particular effective in three areas: capacity, cut-off efficiency, coefficient of variation. With 48 outlets and a working width of 16 metres, the coefficient of variation has been described as “good”. The analysis report from SJF, Bygholm, confirms this description.
The specially developed rotor gives the distributor a capacity of up to 6500 l/min. It has a very sharp, four-sided-ground knife that gives an impressive cut-off effect. Knife, perforated disc and rotor are easy to replace and thus bring down maintenance costs. The distributor incorporates a safety valve to ensure that the rotor stops when the top cover is opened. All important parts in the distributor are made of laser-cut, high-strength steel. A patent on the distributor has been applied for.

The distributer can be fitted with section control - computer regulated closing of hoses.
